HOW DO WE WORK?
Preliminary project and budget
We will see your plot and draw up a preliminary project completely free of charge. A team of interior designers and architects will show you how we work, because we value the importance of the trust you place in us. Together with this preliminary project we will give you an estimate for the construction.
We project
The time has come to work together. Our team will design your dream home. We will use computer graphics and augmented reality so that you can visualise it perfectly. We work on the architectural design, interior design and decoration. And finally, we take care of all the paperwork with the Town Hall.
We carry out a complete renovation project in a sequence of phases
First, our team visits the house to draw up a plan and study the real possibilities for action (load-bearing walls, pillars, distribution…).
Our architects then analyse the best solutions and share them with the client to evaluate them together.
Finally, we offer the possibility of generating a series of infographics that allow a realistic visualisation of the final result of the project.
Once the design has been defined, we study the most economical technical solution, always in collaboration with our trusted trades and maintaining the highest level of quality.
