PREAR is an Architecture studio founded in 2017 by Oihana Ventosa and Enrique De la Rosa. Combining the disciplines of its founders, Architectural Creativity and Technical Architecture. The design workshop creates an individualised brand of projects with a unique treatment that gives fresh and innovative results.

Enrique de la Rosa
Technical Director & Founder
Enrique de la Rosa is founder and Technical Director of PREAR. Technical Architect and Civil Engineer by the University of Zaragoza in 2009 and 2013, Master in Structural Engineering and Construction by the School of Civil Engineering of Barcelona. His passion for perfection and excellence makes all the work that comes out of our studio worthy of the best clients. He cares about matching the aesthetic quality of our projects with ensuring their functionality and usability.
Oihana Ventosa
Creative Director & Founder
Oihana Ventosa founder and Creative Director of PREAR. Architect with a degree in Architecture from the IE School of Architecture and Design and completing her studies at the Politecnico di Milano with two CUM LAUDE in the specialties of Scenography and Museography and expert in the ancient technique of Feng Shui. She is passionate about design, creating unique spaces that surprise and delight her clients. He is concerned with functionality, usability, aesthetics and maximum attention to detail. His signature designs leave no one indifferent.
Izzat Hakim Alonso
Technical Architect
Izzat is responsible for the construction area of PREAR. He is a Technical Architect and is passionate about control and procedures. His work ensures that all the works we carry out in PREAR have the highest quality, transparency and efficiency in its execution. His commitment to excellence is reflected in every project he supervises and in every decision he makes.
Beatriz Alcaine
Architect
Beatriz is an architect from the University of Pamplona. She is passionate about organisation, order and design, which is why she is the perfect union between the technical and artistic part of the studio. He is responsible for adding value both in the creative part, carrying out design and interior design work, as well as his technical contribution in the drafting of projects and technical assistance on site.
Miguel Barriendos
Junior Architect
Miguel has a degree in Architecture from the University of Zaragoza and is currently studying for his Master’s degree. His high capacity for work coordination allows him to provide the team with creative work and technical assistance on site. He is a versatile person who brings great value at all points in the design, interior design and construction process.
Ines Villarroya
Architect and interior designer
Ines has a degree in architecture from the University of Zaragoza and specialises in interior design and decoration. He is passionate about creating spectacular spaces and creating aesthetically appealing environments. His innovative and creative skills make each project a unique work of art.
